Please be advised that participation in the Mississauga Camera Club and all club activity is strictly voluntary; and, as a participant, you agree to assume all risk of personal injury or damage to personal property while taking part in these activities or any activities organized by persons acting on behalf of the Mississauga Camera Club. Legally this statement implies that as a participant, you, your heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and successors, waive any and all claims you may have now and in the future against the Mississauga Camera Club and release from all liability its executive, directors, volunteers, agents and representatives ( collectively its “staff” ), for any personal injury, including death, property damages, all expenses, including medical expenses, or loss sustained as a result of your participation in club activities, due to any cause whatsoever, including, without limitation, negligence, or duties of the “staff”.
